Person who can come into the legal binding contract of the website are eligible to purchase using the website. You must be over 18 to purchase the using of website through your parent or guardian.

The user must acknowledge that this website is an online platform that allows you to access information and buy listed products on the website at any time and from any where. If you access the website or use and it in any way you must follow and accept the following terms and conditions:

Data Protection

To make an online order you must register with the website by giving your personal information. We must ensure you that all the details you put along with your username and password, every information will be kept confidential.

If you feel that your credentials are being used by some third party, you must immediately contact us. We will refuse the access or delete your account without any notice.

The right to use or access website is revocable, limited and non-exclusive for personal use. You cannot edit the website, download or copy the information for any other seller, utilize data mining, robots or any other similar extraction tools or data gathering. There must not be any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Orders, Promotions, Payment, Price & Deliveries

The order placed will be taken as an offer from you to purchase our product(s) mentioned in the website.

Your receipt will be automatically generated from the website and you will receive it in your email address. The confirmation email is the only acknowledgment of your order.

The products available on Shopetech are listed as per their availability. If the stock is not available upon ordering, you will be informed through an email or call. Orders are accommodated as per the subject to availability. Shopetech will call you or email you to confirm the dispatch of your order. However, if the confirmation call or email isn’t responded your order will be cancelled.

You can also cancel your order at any time before accepting the confirmation email. Cancellation of order after receipt acceptance email shall be subject to certain cancellation charges.

The prices of the products and delivery terms are mentioned on the website exclusive of taxes and duties. You are only responsible for the payment of those prices which are associated with the purchase of a specific product that you buy from the website.

You can choose different payment options such as direct transfer to company’s bank account or pay online payment by using your credit cards. The delivery will be made once the receipt of advance payment is generated.

The product prices and specifications are mentioned in the website and are subject to change as per the stock availability and other promotional deals.

The prices are valid till the stock or offer lasts.

The products are delivered directly by Shopetech or through the logistics partner on every working day excluding National holidays or Friday. If the product is damaged or lost during the shipment, Shopetech will bear the charges.

Payments which are made through cards issued by non-UAE banks won’t begin fulfilment unless it is verified by the respective bank and payment gateway.

Pre-Orders:

• Ore-orders must be totally prepaid through online payment.
• Deliveries will be made as per the stock availability from the brands.
• Orders will be fulfilled as per orders placed by the customers.
• Pre-orders will not be cancelled.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange or return of the products is possible within 7 working days of date of delivery.

If you want to exchange or return the product(s) you must contact the details mentioned in the contact page for further processes.

Product(s) can be exchanged or returned only if they are unopened, unused, without broken seal along with all accessories.

Refund of the products will be done in the form of credit voucher or memo and can be redeemed within 6 months. However, cash refunds are not possible.

If there is any defect in the product after opening or using the product, it will be repaired or replaced under the warranty of the manufacturer.

Shopetech is only a retailer and obligated for the warranty with the manufacturers of the products as mentioned in the warranty cards.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The products listed on the website have the warranty listed by the brands or manufacturers. The duration of warranty, terms and conditions are all attached with the product warranty card. Warranty begins at the time of order confirmation.

Warrant is only applicable with UAE unless specified otherwise in the warranty card or website. Shopetech is only a facilitator of the service and the main responsible party for warranty is the brand or manufacturer itself.

If the product is defected or needs any repair, then you must deliver the product in your own expense to our collection center and we will deliver it to the manufacturers for further actions.

In any case of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product(s) it out of the box failure the service Center or service provider will determine the replacement or repair of the product(s).

Limitations of Liability

The total liability of Shopetech manufacturers, distributors and brands on any claim, regarding contract, warranty; product liability, patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights infringement; or otherwise, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the performance or non-performance of any agreement resulting from or from the sale, replacement, repair, delivery resale or use of any product or the furnishing of service, shall not exceed the price allocable to the product or service which gives rise to the claim.

In case of product malfunction, defect, breach of contract, copyright, tort, trade secret, warranty, patent or any other intellectual property infringement, Shopetech manufacturers, brands or distributors will be liable for any sort of damage.

Trademarks, Intellectual Properties and Copyright Notice

The content on the website including the logo, headers, images, graphics, illustrations and text are intellectual property of Shopetech including the trademark, copyright, service mark and other licenses are held only by Shopetech.

The page design is a registered trademark of Shopetech. It is copyright under UAE copyright laws and Shopetech owns every coordination, modification and arrangement of the content.

The website content is for personal and non-commercial use and can only be downloaded and printed for personally use. Using content or images of the website on any other network with the licence from Shopetech is strictly prohibited including changing or editing the content in any copyright notice or trademark.

Only Shopetech has all rights reserved in downloading material from the website.

The images of the products used on the website might not reflect the same colour or dimension as per the actual product. The pictures are just used for illustrative purpose and can be changed at any time.
